January 2012 - Helen's Hope provided assistance to a family facing eviction.
December 2011 - Helens Hope provided gift cards to four families in need for the holiday season. Helen's Hope also provided housing assistance and help with a delinquent utility bill for two young woman.
November 2011 - Helen's Hope provided housing assistance. Helen's Hope assembled and delivered 30 Thanksgiving Dinner baskets to local families in need. Each basket contained all the trimmings for a holiday meal, added groceries, a turkey and a grocery store gift card to purchase fresh food for the upcoming holiday season.
September 2011 - Helen's Hope paid an electricity bill to ensure continued service. Helen's Hope provided funds to enable telephone service.
August 2011 - Helen's Hope purchased pharmacy gift cards to help cover extensive prescription co-payments for a woman currently in treatment.
July 2011 - Helen's Hope helped to supplement the cost of health benefits.
May 2011 - Helen's Hope provided grocery store gift cards to two women and their families. Helen's Hope assisted a family with their rent.
April 2011 - Helen's Hope provided assistance with gas and electric bills to a family to avoid a disruption of service. Helen's Hope provided funds to perform home maintenance for a young woman returning home from treatment.
March 2011 - Helen's Hope provided funds to ensure continued gas service to a woman's home. A gift card was provided to a family to help supplement the travel costs for frequent trips to the hospital for treatment and visits.
January 2011 - Helen's Hope assisted a women undergoing treatment for lung cancer by covering her mortgage payment. A mattress set was purchased to provide comfort to a women currently in treatment. Helen's Hope provided a family with assistance with their electric bill.
December 2010 - Helen's Hope spread some joy and hope by assembling and delivering holiday gift boxes and bags full of groceries and goodies along with a gift card to 22 families in hopes of lifting their spirit and making their holiday bright. Three Comfort Care Baskets were delivered to a local hospice organization.
November 2010 - Helen's Hope assembled and delivered 17 Thanksgiving gift baskets that provided all the trimming for a holiday meal, groceries and a giftcard. Helen's Hope assisted a family with their monthly lease. Three Comfort Care Baskets were delivered to a local hospice organization.
October 2010 - Helen's Hope provided housing assistance and delivered three Comfort Care Baskets to a local hospice organization.
September 2010 - Helen's Hope provided aid with an outstanding utility bill, assisted a young woman in treatment for breast cancer with her monthly rent and supplemented the cost of compression garments for a patient. In addition, Helen's Hope provided help with housing, assisted a patient with a hospital/surgical bill and provided groceries to a family in need. Three Comfort Care Baskets were delivered to a local hospice organization.
August 2010 - Three Comfort Care Basket were delivered to local Hospice Organizations. Helen's Hope provide assistance with prescription insurance co-payments.
July 2010 - Helen's Hope helped a young woman stay current on her rent while in treatment by paying one month's rent, provided assistance with a medical bill not covered by insurance, and gifted an AT&T card to enable a family to purchase mobile phone accessories to stay in touch. Three Comfort Care Basket were delivered to local Hospice Organizations.
June 2010 - Helen's Hope delivered three Comfort Care Baskets to a local Hospice Organization and delivered our first Hope Tote to a patient undergoing treatment.
